Still can't seem to figure this out but it seemed the very second I got off an escalator/set of stairs, there was ALWAYS an amazing cosplayer standing right there.
Whatever there is to poke at, this is from the Avatar : The Last Airbender series with the Kyoshi Warrior being cosplayed. Not only doing well to nail the look but even some of the fighting poses too, bonus points on that. *nods*
